Recommend the best hosting company

I've been using Burstnet for years, been pretty excellent so far. They own datacenters all over the place, cheap as chips too. I got a $25 a month bare bones Linux VPS with no control panel bullshit preinstalled, installed nginx and it is faster than the $130 a month apache based dedicated server I had previously. Totally bitchin'

Hello,

Google Alerts notified me of this post. I feel like it needs to be addressed.

A host using a Themeforest theme? That's a warning sign!

We didn't get our design from ThemeForest. We contracted a web designer to build it for us. Although we've had many designs over the last 7 years, the one that's live right now has been in place for roughly three years.

Would you please post a link to the TF template in question?

Unixy is the only company that was able and willing to install and optimize Nginx, apc, varnish, and fpm for a Wordpress-only vps.

Thank you for giving us a chance. We work hard to earn your business and maintain your trust.

Regards

+1 for Unixy.... just cancelled a vps with them, but only because all sites hosted on it have been slapped and it was no longer paying it's own keep. I just don't have time to fool with it right now.

If you have any issues with high loads, poorly optimized third party code, etc... Joe and his team do a better job than you'll find elsewhere, including liquidweb when it comes to really diving in. Varnish is pimp too!

Will definitely go back.

I am using Linode and MediaTemple. Linode is harder to setup because you have to install everything including OS on your own but it makes it fully customizable and works very fast.

MediaTemple is much easier to setup because everything is already there and it works very well. Haven't had any complaints.

Make sure you get VPS at trustworthy company instead of trying to save few cents and take garbage instead.
