What's the best sms processor ?

Hi all I'm still very new to this board, but I was wondering, if anyone could help me in my research?

I'm not in the billing processing business, but I'm aware that the translations business and the billing business go hand in hand. I'm particularly interested in SMS processors.

One of the markets we target is the "adult" market, and because a lot of merchants (Credit card companies) fear the risk of charge backs, and fraud in the international arena. The cell phone companies have picked up the slack by providing payment for online purchases via cell phones (SMS) This is particularly larger in Europe and Latin America.

My question, if anyone can help is which one is the best?

Thay can send to hundreds of countries and seem to have a lot of different features avail.

That is a good provider for messages. For billing though I have a lot of going to towards GX BILL they have done a great job for "Adult" so far. I was wondering, if there was something like this for the "mainstream" side of business.
 
I hope I don't hijack this thread, but I have a question for you, Omar. I've been thinking of starting a site that would use SMS. I need to send only, not receive and process their input.

Aren't there still some free SMS sending services out there? If not, who are the big ones in the industry?
 
Hi Kurt. No your not hijacking the thread as we're both trying to gather as much info about this subject as we can. For what you are needing SMS for I just did a Google search using "SMS gateways" and there were quiet a few results as to whom is the largest I'm not quite sure.
