Laugh all you want but demons and possession are real. I'm not saying this video in particular is legit but I've had an experience myself with demons/otheworldly entities whatever you want to call them. Not trolling, totally cheerious. Don't mess with occult stuff like ouija boards, just saying.
The brain is incredibly good at deluding itself. Let me guess, no photos of said demons?
It's kind of a long story and creeps the shit out of me every time I tell it. Maybe later, sorry. I can give you cliff notes.
"Play" ouija board with friends.
Stopped "playing" ouija board.
Terrible vivid nightmares of being surrounded by these "creatures". Ones I remember to this day.
Things touching me and pulling on me when falling asleep.
Seeing dark shadows at night.
Hearing voices.
Emotionally rundown. I don't mean sad or depressed. I mean going from being happy one minute to wanting to cry the next. Like someone stepping on my emotional "neck". I "felt" the "weight" of something emotionally, if that makes sense.
Unable to focus.
Feelings of being watched. Like there was a presence/s in the room with me at most times.
Friend who's hand flew off the board once gets cancer at age 22ish. Board spelled out cancer when his had had flown off.
Other friends experienced some of the above things as well such as the nightmares.
Was it all in my head? That's what I thought. It wasn't until I started reading other experiences online and started seeing similar things which really confirmed to me it was all real. Had I known about these things beforehand then maybe I'd attribute it to all being in my head.

I've seen it happen, it's some crazy shit. I was like 10 when I saw it, I didn't know that you were suppose to keep your eyes closed so demon won't go in you. The lady was doing all these weird gymnast shit and screaming in Spanish/Latin. NEVER AGAIN
Posted this as I was writing....yeah I'm aware of that. It was as real as anything real and I had zero knowledge of such things being possible. As in, I hadn't done any reading on this stuff before and no one had told me "hey you're going to have nightmares and hear voices" etc etc...these things happened and then I read about eerily similar stories. Google ouija board experiences you'll see what I mean. Unless of course you think everyone's making this shit up lol

Penn and Teller went to India too. Not on the Bullshit show, on some show about magic around the world.
They prolly just didn't want to put the real black magic on TV. Teller kept the secrets of the dark arts for himself so he can use it to keep stackin that paper.
Are there any specific controlled ouija board studies that you know of? It would be interesting to look at.
I understand the ideomotor effect, but what if it only happens half the time? or 3/4ths? Or what if the "spirit" does really need your eyes? Since you are essentially channeling its energy is that too far fetched? Just a thought.
The ouija board was a board game, and no one gave it a second thought until nutbaggers co-opted it and called it a tool of the devil in the early 20th century.
