You do realize it's pretty cold in Barca at the moment, right? I'd fucking hate to live there during the European winter (although I guess in comparison it's quite nice).

I'll be back there at the start of European summer for a couple of weeks.

Yeah I agree, too much cold ain't good for nobody's bones. I like a little cold weather.

It's unusually cold even in the south of Spain right now. I'd love to hook up for a drink but I'm 1100 km away

It's not that cold, compared to snow and ice and -5. It's not beach time too, but Barcelona is cool in this time of the year.

@fatbat, we'll get those drinks. I want to visit south soonish. I understood high speed rail is quite comfy, will check that out.

Yeah, the most talked about cities in Europe for travelers are generally Berlin, Barcelona & Budapest.

OP exactly how long are you there for? Im doing a Belgium Ireland Barca vacation this coming summer.

Yeah, Barcelona so far is an amazing city. It has a really kewl vibe.

@Lex: I'll be living here until March, then skiing in Alps, followed by move to Berlin for few months.
