Lack of proof, probably. Not saying all the claims aren't true but I've yet to see one screenshot in all these threads showing monies owed, payment promises broke, etc. I would imagine that either:

1) The people getting stiffed need to up their game if they want WIA involved.

or

2) 'EWA doesn't pay' is the new PM Grindstone.

If the latter, troll of the year.

If it was just a "troll", Eagle would have been the first to make a smug comment about it. Since he just keeps rehashing the same vaguely pacifying "PM me" reply though - along with some hints that there have been or still are actual issues - you can assume it's not total BS.

If you're gonna poke fun at Eagle for his style or wardrobe you don't need to be serious, but if you're gonna accuse him of not paying then you'll need to post something more serious than just "ewa didn't pay me". At the very least you should include screenshots, the type of offer, and the type of traffic you used if you want to make a credible complaint.

I'm not saying people should have to include their bids, keywords, demographics, or landers but ask any network and they'll tell you that when they investigate non-payment complaints posted on forums most of the time it's coming from an affiliate who either didn't send in their w9/w8 or used some type of fraud or deception method found on BHW/digitalpoint in order to generate the leads and the advertiser refused to pay for it because the traffic didn't back out.

But in all seriousness, What proof is there? If you guys were serious, legal actions would be in the process, now wasting time on WF talking about this shit. I've talked to several people involved in this, and the one thing I noticed, no proof has been shown publicly. I guess the fear is you won't get paid if you do, which is a catch 22, since you are "currently not getting paid" according to you people. If you don't want to show proof, then what could Mr. Eagle possibly show in defense? WIA involved, in what? Yousif attempting to manipulate the scenario? Look in the past, anything WIA investigated actually has sound evidence against it. WIA isn't Yousif's personal army.

I actually don't doubt there are payment problems, but all these threads with no proof about the individual claims is getting old. Can't go to court without evidence, so either show the evidence or stop crying to us about it.

CCarter's got a point. Why would Ryan waste his time defending himself when there's no proof posted? Plus, in order to use WF as your soapbox, you gotta back it up with proof, or you'll be summarily ignored.

Post proof - screenshots of emails, pms - whatever you have. Then the ball will be in EWA's court.
