Dont listen to the bullshit on this thread. Of course you guys can sue and collect. Is it a pain in the ass? YUP. I've done it before. You will need good documentation, you will need to serve him, and you will need to be persistent, and you will need to have a plan to collect your settlement. Don't give this jackass a pass. He's far from being a big baller.

So what's the point of their whole strategy then? Revenge? Destruction?

Or is the gameplan to simply drag Eagle's name through the mud?

I've been owed $1.2k for about 8 months now. The only reason I haven't chased it is because it's not really worth the effort.

I do believe most of the people claiming non payments are legit, as I know a few others personally that had trouble or did not get paid.
