Those who bought godaddy Groupon credits check your instore credits now.

The canceled everything except the first one. You'll have either $70 or $30 now on your account no matter how many coupons you redeemed.

They approved all on the day I redeemed and today they rejected everything except the first one.

My credits have been tied up in an auction with the status "Funds received, authorization pending..." for days now.

Curious to see how that plays out.

Lets be real bro, you were the one trying to cheat them and get around their limit of 1 per customer ;)

Well, they gave me credits and I entered the coupon so, I entered another one ans so on. I wish they rejected them then and there. Approving all as valid coupons and telling that they're invalid after a week is shady.

I bought 16 of them ($400 for $1120 in credit) and have already spent all but $26 (which remains in my account) on renewing about 160 domains. I figured if I spent the money they would have a lot harder time taking it away from me than if it was sat idle in my account. I've not heard anything from my account exec nor have I had any messages from them, so fingers crossed all is OK.

Eh, Godaddy comes out with some sort of good deal once a month typically. It's pretty funny how the gang here on WickedFire jumps on top of all the Godaddy deals, and then in a different thread slams them for being the shittest provider on the interwebs and everything should be moved away from them.

Jumping the gun a bit me thinks.

Just trying to help out. In all seriousness, if they've contacted the vendor and was refused a refund and the product / service they purchased, then by all means charge that shit back.

I'm guessing that most haven't even bothered to call and try to sort it out.

Fair enough man. I'm sure Groupon will just refund the extra charges, I mean, they pretty much have to. Hopefully they'll do it in the next few days without even being asked. I'm just a bit sensitive. Being in ecom I feel charging back before exhausting other avenues is an asshole move.

Totally agree man, not like godaddy forced you to use the coupon. People who complain about godaddy.com, stop fucking complaining, move your domains out, stop bitching and moaning like a asian whore.

Bought $200 worth I think, spent all but $300ish which is still sitting in my account as credits.

Seems fine to me bros.

Edit:
Just realized you guys didn't actually redeem your coupons right away. Lol I saw that shit coming a mile away, that's why I applied each coupon to my account immediately.

Agree with everything you said there. :eatmousepointer:

redeemed mine immediate,, only spent a few bucks now all are reversed but one..

I purchased domain privacy for a bunch of domains at like 3x the amount I pay at other registrars, yet they locked my account until I send them some scanned documents.

Fuck godaddy for their bullshit security measures. Who knows WTF they are up to

One more reason to avoid it
