Tried to order, paypal says "This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information."

There is plenty of $ in there...please advise. Thanks!

Update: I've been disabled for logging in for the last 4 days cause of some issues with the thread payments (Paypal Limitations). We are still trying to contact the mods if my account can be recovered. Until then all Incoming orders has been disabled and rejected automatically. All current customers has been informed about this since day1 and are in contact with me aside from "jmacek07" which we are still trying to contact right now.

arxs - All 4 Video's are done and I will be uploading them up later this afternoon. The last order is still not done with the video's.

We are trying to recover the account. But if my account will not be recovered, I will Finish all the Orders 100%, no problems with the current customers but will not be taking any more orders
 
I've added on skype and sent PM's to the FlipFl0p with no progress. Gonna need a refund if you can't get this worked out.

Same here, it has been way too long now, please send a refund as it is clear that you are unable to deliver and you did claim that a full refund would be given if you could not within a time frame that has long past now as well.
 
My video is removed now. Kinda look forward to the service but seems like some backend stuff have to be sorted.
 
Just got an email from thasken. He delivered on the video. Sent me an apology email since it was late. IMO - he appears to be sincere in the email.

He made me the video and sent me the login information to the video.
