I only visit the Twinks area on the weekends, great farmer's market out there. Old Man Penis is referring to a section of Blacks Beach that is a nudist beach full of creepy old people.

Honestly, anyone who has lived in san diego would agree that this map is hilariously accurate
I live in the Hot Douches area and concur with the map's accuracy. My favorite is by far the 99 Ranch section.
The Probably Nothing section for Clairemont/Kearney Mesa is pretty damn hilarious too, that area is as shitty as the San Fernando Valley (which I also used to live near).
I lived in Solana Beach (Seascape Sur?) for a while, is that old man penis? I loved hitting on the cougars wearing riding pants while shopping at the Albertsons. Giddy up.

if you take the 8 freeway east (that freeway on the map) about an hour, you'll hit the city of Julian up in the mountains. They're known for making really good pies.
