Why did you choose to make money online?

Obviously the answer is money, we are all in this game to get financial independence. But what do you want to do once you achieve that independence?

For me, I want the security of being my own boss and being paid for my effort instead of my time. Also I want the money and the freedom to travel the world.

got into this business totally by accident trying to promote a site for another business I had.

Actuall, it chose ME after the Venture Capital firm I worked for in 2000 folded. Everything worked out okay.

I was 16 and i needed cash..
Stumbled on to AM, never made money and entered the web promotion scenario and started making some money(big bucks for the standards over here where i live)

I turned 17 yesterday and im so happy to have made some kind of difference and having that option of determining my own future.

Online stuff gives me that freedom - Heck, its fun to make money online and also easy

For me, I'm 21 and I remember the days way back in grade school when we first got the net... its an amazing thing... I'm just getting into AM... doing the CJ/Ebay thing... The reason I have stuck with it is because that first $450 check from CJ made me think...
"Shit, If I can work 15 mins a day on this, Eventually I'll get better and make more..."

So thats where I sit, somewhere between now and eventually

My son, Bob Schmuck, suggested I could make some money blogging since I like to write. I eventually made it my retirement plan. I hope to eventually travel and earn money writing, and taking photos while the projects I start now bring in some money. I'll be able to write off the trips as business expenses! I love to write and take pictures so it won't seem like "work".

I'm 47 and just got started planning for retirement! Don't grow up like me, plan ahead and go make some money on line while you are young!!!

I like watching my kids grow up and being there for every second of it. (You young guys and gals will understand that once you've had a couple of your own). While other Dads see their kids for an hour after dinner and maybe on the weekends, I see mine all the time.

Money is secondary now.
