I think he was something like 14 years old and lived in Europe. Might have been a CPA network, but I'm pretty sure it was an ad network. The number $4 million comes to mind as well.

Oh yes and I'm sure mummy and daddy had nothing to with it. Because 12 year olds have plenty of money to spend on macs with all those jobs they can get.

Stories like this ARE too good to be true, his parents are obviously already well off enough to give him huge amounts of financial backing. not to mention he's probably a spoilt fuck, and that was before he even opened his business.

@sweetelectro: Hardly. I'm perfectly happy with my life. Probably happier than this kid will ever be. Do none of you know what the word cynical even means. It means that I am entitled to believe whatever the fuck I want to, and I chose to believe that this kid is a spoiled brat who is moderately intelligent and made some money.

He's either going to live out his life as a rich spoiled brat, or he's going to make a bad decision and be poor and addicted to something by the time he is 22. Or maybe he will fall off a cliff. I don't really care. Fact of the matter is that no one just gets lucky and makes a million dollars on their own when their 16. And absolutely no parents would throw money at their kids just because they have some idea about starting an online business for themselves. That is, unless they have plenty of money to throw at the kid already. And we know what happens when you throw money at your kids. They become spoiled as shit (look at hollywood)

Now stop being vague and trying to sound intelligent in your comments please, as it is very annoying. I am not envious of the kid, I am not jealous, and if he made enough money to purchase Microsoft, I still WOULD NOT CARE.

By the way, not only do I know nothing about him, you also don't know shit about him or me, which makes your comment equally, if not more as baseless as mine. I think you just like saying self pity. Maybe you think that playing therapist makes you feel superior to other people in some way. It doesn't.
