If all these people in The Club Of Rome want is depopulation, why not just sterilize people? Why the need for all this other shit?

FYI : the lady speaking in the video is a currently serving, voter elected politician. She believes that high school students, anyone seeking a driver's license, and anyone that gets arrested, should all be forced to take drug tests.
Huh? Probably the same amount of people who care about the post I was replying to.

- The elimination of the right to travel.
In short, they want to turn the entire planet into a giant prison system controlled by a one-world Government. An Orwellian world where the Government controls every aspect of every individuals life.
Every Government at every level on the planet, and by proxy, every politician with any meaningful power is complicit in promoting Agenda 21.
Now, who's this lady spouting off this batshit crazy conspiracy theory, and SHOCKED that Government's could be capable of such gross violations individual rights?
Australian Legislator Ann Bressington, who introduced a bill in 2006 to make the sale of "drug taking equipment" illegal. This is a lady who is in favor of being able to fine or imprison people for owning property.
She introduced a bill mandating forced drug testing on all South Australian school children and warned parents to "watch closely who opposes the measure ... it will be an indication of who is soft on drugs".
If this champion for individual privacy and freedom believes that Governments of the world are fast-tracking us to a universal dystopia it may be worth worrying about.
She says that we're only a few years away from seeing it become a reality. It's being sold to us under "sustainable development", "smart growth", "conservation" and other political jargon to gain popular support.
So we've got a politician warning us that all Governments of the world are complicit and all politicians are complicit. She says that Governments have long been involved in propaganda, social engineering, manipulation, lying and exploitation of their citizens with the end game being Government control of all resources, enslavement of all citizens and population control through murder.
Her solution?
Asking politicians and government to stop it.

Do I believe any of this? Well, much of it is already happening. Agenda 21 is well documented. Governments are provably and consistently evil. And I think that as the world economy melts down, or as more people wakeup and resist their encroachment that Governments will become increasingly draconian in order to exploit people and maintain power for as long as possible.
And as long as the majority of people believe that the solution to problems caused by Governments is more Government, this is a pretty accurate picture of the road we're on.
I'm also optimistic. I have no doubt that their agenda is evil. But life's too short to live in fear of what they're doing or are planning on doing next. And letting them have any impact on my ability to live well and be happy lends them far more credibility than they deserve.

There can only be 3 reasons to vote:
1. you want to receive another person's property - by force, if necessary. (e.g. welfare, first-order beneficiary of monetary inflation, etc.)
2. you want to allocate another person's property against his or her will - by force, if necessary. (e.g. warfare, education, monopoly police and courts, etc.)
3. you want to force other people - outside your own property - to act in ways they would otherwise not act. (e.g. prohibition of gay marriage, texting while driving, 18 oz. sodas, etc.)
In other words, if you vote, you're a thug. Hiding your violence behind the mask of voting doesn't make you less so. It makes you a coward. Otherwise, rather than arguing for taxation, you would come to my house, bust down my door, and demand I turn over a percentage of my earnings.

What about voting for "none of the above", Jesus Christ, or Mickey Mouse?
Despite only about half of Americans voting, US politicians still get to be looked at and feel as if they are the most powerful. They realize that most who refrain from voting, aren't doing so because of some type of moral stance. Instead, a nonvoter is more likely to be an apathetic "statist" that is distracted by things like Budweiser and American Idol. Many of the politicians might actually prefer it that way or at least easily accept it, whereas I don't think they would like it at all if just 10% of the people took the time to show up and vote for none of the above.
