Google Webmaster Tools question

Hi

in Google Webmaster Tools -> Queries does anyone know which period the data is being compared with?

In the pics below the period is April 14 - May 14. Are the stats comparing it with the previous 30 days? March 14 - April 14?

What if the period was May 1st - May 14th? Would the comparison be the same but 30 days previous?

Sorry if this is a retarded question. I have searched for the answer.

It shows the change for the previous equivalent time period. So in your example it's comparing against the data from the 30 day period prior. HTH

"Impressions: The number of times pages from your site appeared in search results, and the percentage increase/decrease in the daily average impressions compared to the previous period. The number of days per period defaults to 30, but you can change it at any time. (These numbers can be rounded, and may not be exact.)"
