Flexible shopping cart

I am looking for a flexible shopping cart that I can use to integrate with. I want to sell one or two products and have a BUY button go direct to checkout form, then have upsells later on. But I do want to have a full backend with order listings, refund capability and everything a normal shopping cart has.

I am thinking maybe using Magento and just integrate with it's API?

Any ideas?

I'm doing my third Woocommerce integration. If you've only got 1 or two products it might work out.
