I have seen some providers with 90% Copyscape passed Content and the Articles is also Human-Readable at the same time... I want to know how I can do the same and if there exists a Tool for making articles

What do you mean by "how I can do the same"? Do you intend to sell the articles or for your own use?
Copyscape looks at every three or four words in your article and searches online for comparisons.
I will give you a simple and yet effective technique used by most reliable content providers.
Type your keyword into Google and look carefully at the results. Any site with articles on the first page must contain words Google loves.
Visit two or three sites and read the articles to get a feel for the structure.
Do the same thing at Bing.
You need to select the best article and RE-POSITION IT! That means totally re-writing all sentences and paragraphs.
The articles you collected from the search engines are meant to provide you guidance about the topic. Best article should be 700 to 1300 words.
If you want top quality, then research LSI keywords and sprinkle them into the content. Use this site to find your lsi keywords on the topic - lsikeywords.com.
If you can afford it, try corecontent club, believe their's a thread on this forum. Bought five articles recently, and he did a fabulous job.
As for the percentage of copyscape, 100% is ideal, but sometimes it's not possible based on the topic.
Great content takes time and patience. I write about 5,000 words daily for three of my sites and would gladly outsource them to the coreclub guy, once the funds pile-up.
