At this point.. i don't think I can care about how much of a failure we have become as a country.. Fuck.
The part I like the most is when asked what the uprising, and continued support is about, most people reply with, "because Assad is a bad man". That's it, the thinking ends there.
You guys do know that terrorists retire as well right, i mean the US is always going to need terrorists to get shit done, Fear is the only positive way to control the masses...They're just creating new ones for themselves without weapons and cash from the taxpayers this cannot be done! I mean, damn, if you really believe everything is going to shit and only people not governments can make life better, then go OUT and fucking make someones life better! And I wonder how many people on here who are bitching about how oppressed we are are spending ANY FUCKING amount of time REALLY truly trying to help their fellow man. Like really HELPING or facilitating the world to be a better place.
Because ALL the people I know who are dedicated to making life better for people now and/or in the future don't have time to sit around complain about how oppressed they are now or how oppressed they are going to be in the future.
The immaturity around here reeks of pimple faced 15 years olds, even though I know most people on here are much older.
I voted for bush and obama.
I support any move by the government to increase the amount of surveillance and detainment of undesirables in our country.
I support gun control and the prussian education system.
I routinely report suspicious behaviour by neighbors, friends and family to the police.
Just doing my part to help my fellow man.
