What's My Line was a game show from the 50s where a panel tried to guess what celebrity stood before them. But that's not why I'm posting this. Just listen to how these people talk and compare it to how people talk now. It's almost as if Americans spoke a different language back then.

If you look up these panelists you'll understand why their IQ is much higher than the average game show contestant today.

Boring. I like this show where you can choose from 2 colors: red or black. If you guess right color you win. That's what I call entertainment. Could watch it for hours.

Oh lord I hit a good one. When he walked out of stage and they were not blind folded I was just dumbfounded how he was not instantly recognizable. Talk about a leap back in time...

Dali was pretty full of himself huh? Answered yes to almost every single question... even when he was asked if he was a leading man. lol

Plenty of Americans still talk like this. Just not on TV in general any more.

The interesting thing about attending church is typically you run into some extraordinarily good speakers.

Articulation is a thing that many people no longer care about, but not everyone.

That was pretty entertaining, mostly because of Dali's comically large ego.

This is a good one too:

While it is true that people still speak like that, you don't see it on TV anymore...

You are observing the huge disparities in vocabulary due to the fact the US is being systematically dismantled by the elites. The failure of the education system is by design as ruling a docile and uneducated populace is much easier. I've compared my fathers high school textbooks with some of mine and the differences are startling.

You can blame the elites, liberals, and their policies of mass immigration for the decline of much of western civilization including it's once great educational system.
