Refuse the draft. Flee or face court martial (prison, treason, death penalty, etc.).
In criminal law, duress is not a defense against murder charges. If a thug tells you to murder someone and claims he will kill you if you refuse, you are not allowed to use duress as a defense. That is, the defense is tossed if the attorney is brash (silly, ignorant, etc.) enough to try it.
Complying with orders - i.e. draft - to travel to a foreign land with intent to kill residents is akin to complying with an order to kill under duress.*

Slave owners == politicians and the corporate interests they represent. There's no escaping that reality as long as you live in a land controlled by politicians and the people that endorse them.
