I just noticed this tonight while browsing Netflix, they have the full movie available to stream. I haven't watched it yet, but I plan to.

It's pretty amazing to me how when people act like they're important or powerful the majority of people will believe them without question.

Anyone who's studied psychology, religion, magicians, marketing, media or governments, amongst other things, know how easily influenced people can be - no matter how crazy the ideas.

It's a fascinating topic for me.

This shits not country specific bro. Just recently a Brazilian dude was sent to jail for making people believe that his penis was a source of holy milk. I've met Christians in Texas who believes every single crap that the priest tells them, no matter how bizarre. They justify it by bringing in "Jesus' plan" into the topic. I'm pretty sure these things happen quite often all around the world.
