Yes and no. It's still extremely profitable, but all the free content around is totally out of control. It started with thumbnail gallery posts, today almost every new video from a members area is on the tubes, torrents or megaupload/rapidshare after a day. Small niches with hard to get content still show great conversions, but selling "mainstream porn" to customers gets harder and harder.
