Woman are valued in all cultures? Get fucken real. For a quick example, on a daily basis women get beat to shit because their husband found out she was talking to one of his other wives.

For another example, rent a nice house or townhouse in a wealthy complex in various countries, and there will literally be a cell in the basement to shove your maid into at night. Comes with jail-type bars and everything.
