If I were you, I'd hide in the bushes near the greens at golf courses, then quickly run out and steal the golf balls as they come by. You can sell them for like $0.50 a piece probably.
When I was a little kid I used to salvage lost golf balls and sell them. You got me on a trip down memory lane.

Don't laugh, there's good money to be made in golf balls. I used to make $30-50 a weekend hunting and selling balls for 50 cents each, in the 1980s, when I was 13. I then spent it all on ice cream sandwiches and video games. Not the best investment but I had fun.

Exactly, that's why I made the suggestion. Good money to be made in golf balls. Except OP, you're going to have to be able to run faster than an 11 year old, so I hope you're not too fat.
I used to do this as a kid. I'd take three pillow cases into the ponds at the golf course, find all of the golf balls down there, trying to avoid the lil penny frogs (frogs the size of a penny). I'd fill up 3 sacks, run them home on my bike, and then dump them all in the tub with bleach. Then I'd sell them 3 for $1 while riding my bike around the course.
We used to ride our bikes across the driving range out in the distance and these old bastards would try to hit us, and get really close too!
We'd also go out at night and draw penises in all the sand traps so the golfers would see them the next day.
