Namecheap's Online Support Sucks Now

Used to be you could go on there and get chat support any time of the day but now it seems they're constantly backed up with tickets.

Did they have to layoff employees to pay for their shiny, new website?
 


Only dumbasses ever need online support, or any support for that matter.

I use internetbs, pricing is solid, they have a no bullshit site, good api (if you need it), support has always been quick for me, although I've only had simple enquiries.

I do use internetbs for one of my domains that requires relaxed regulation.

But considering they have only 50k domains with them (source), I would be quite hesitant to move all my portfolios to them. That is too much of a footprint i think, as compared to namecheap. (although free private whois is good!)
