Viralnova.com potentially up for grabs

I was talking to greenleaves confirming I do know that basic stuff. And I was talking to pocketrockets who said "As long as your content is interesting to people they don't care."

It doesn't matter if he had ads from day 1 or not, there might be other things that made it viral even with ads from day 1. It doesn't matter that if you do the same thing it's going to be the same, and that's because you're a fucking retard that can't even read. At first you thought I have confirmed anything, while I was just saying "Yes" at a question you can't answer with Yes/No. Shows how much of a retard at you.

I piss on you, your mother and your whole broke family.

Slightly OT, but still interesting:

I don't think FlappyBird is gonna get taken down.

The graphics were just updated yesterday.

Obviously fake lol, would you take down something that makes you 50k$ a day?

lol, I love how turning down money simply doesn't compute for you. and neither does it for me, but apparently this guy has shown that he really doesn't like being in the limelight. so for someone like him, saying something like this as a publicity stunt doesnt make sense.

Flappy Birdies still up for me, yo!
Ohhhh, I don't like money, and being famous is for douches, aaaaaaww.

So he doesn't want to make a million in less than a month on something he spent a week or two on? Even if he is an awesome kickass coder he doesn't make more than 150k$ or whatever, you get my point. Same thing with the Novasomething site owner not waning to keep it since he doesn't want to manage 1-2 content writers lol

Flappy Bird taking down his app makes no sense whatsoever and is likely a publicity stunt to keep the hype around it.

ViralNova sale is the most sensible thing he could do. When you slay it with a highly volatile project that we all think (except you, but including the owner who has the most information) is not going to last, you flip it at it's highest earning time for max valuation and cash out while the getting is good.

Two completely different project types above. One should have the life sucked out of it for as long as possible. The other one should be liquidated as soon as possible.

What in the world....

He posted this on reddit

"Wait, there must be even more love for the game than hate."
For every 100 "thanks for RES" messages I get, all it takes is one "X part of RES is shit and you're a garbage developer and have no business writing software" to level those out.
Hate is stronger (and arguably easier and more common) than praise. that's just the nature of the beast.
I don't sit and count all the positives vs. the negatives... to be honest, I shrug off the positives as "well that's nice but any monkey could've made this thing, I'm just the twit who was bored enough to actually go DO it", and the negatives as an affront to my ability as a software developer.
Is that a right or fair way to do it? No. But in the moment that's what my brain does.

If he takes it off, I bet another one that is 99% the same is going to fill its place

3 hours to go, who asked him to sell :-p
seems stand up fella with just some artist issues https://twitter.com/dongatory

This is a guy from Vietnam who is making an average of $50,000 a day.

I do think that a bit of luck was involved in his fortune and even he admitted to that. But the guy is a success. He's making more money in a day than what most people make in a year.

All the vitriol that he is getting is from, I'm assuming, people that are jealous and that are "hating."

So what if it's very simple? So what if any "dumbwit" can do the same? Those same people criticizing are the same people who don't take action and just sit and complain about life being unfair.

Let this be a prime example that sometimes taking action matters a lot more than all the ideas/concepts/originality/details. Always be working toward something.

Hats off to this guy.

I completely agree about selling viralnova right now, I just call bullshit on his reason for selling that's all :)

Looking at his twitter he is complaining that he makes so much money and attracts media attention crying about how it ruins his simple life and how he just wants to be an indie game developer #facepalm
I hope he likes eating ramen.
