Malaysia MH370 'Ended' in South Indian Ocean... Everybody died.

What do you guys make of this? Realistic conclusion or they just ran out of funds/hope/clues to keep searching?

Damn if this is true, that would be my worst fear right there, ending up in the coldest, deepest, most desolate ocean in the world. Worst death, especially if you survive the crash and you're just drifting in the middle of an ice cold ocean for hours...

If this theory is true though, what happened on board that caused the pilot to re-route and fly the opposite direction for hours? Why didn't the passengers say/do anything? The flight path from KL to Beijing is just like 30 mins over ocean and the rest over land, wouldn't the passengers in window seats have noticed that they have been flying over the ocean for hours?

Well if this is it, at least it was a smooth death...

EDIT: you know what though, when you look at this Learjet flight path pre and post hypoxia, it makes sense because the plan still kept going the same direction (somewhat)...

but in the case of MH370, it's a complete 180 degree turn from the original flight path!

Interesting to the general public yes, not to the families of the victims who must be devastated.

I keep thinking that if it was one of my close family members, I would call up other victims' families, raise a couple millions, hire our own boat + captain from Perth and go on a search mission for a couple weeks...
 
It's also unfortunate that apparently cockpit voice recorders only contain the last 2 hours of sound.

So if it turns out to have been purposely flown to this location by one person, we'll likely never know who, how or why (unless he talks to himself or purposely makes a statement before it crashes) or if everyone was rendered unconscious/dead before it crashed.

The other black box may give us some clues as to what happened, but it's unfortunate that voice recorders hold so little. In this new era of hijacking fears, it's odd thay haven't upgraded them to hold more time.
