Sending Emails to a Purchased List

I have purchased a list of businesses that I want to send an offer to for one of our services. What's the best way to get this done? It's not like I can load them up to Mail Chimp or Aweber and fire away.....

Any thoughts on how to get these out there?

Do you have an interest registration site? If there is, you can send an marketing email to get them to register there.

Alternatively, getrespponse allows import of emails, you can try that.
