I used to deal with this every day. You won't believe this one shocking trick I used to work on adult in public co-working spaces:

You guys wouldn't believe the amount of child porn that I saw downloaded by creepers when I was working out of Mexican cyber cafes.
I would sit down and the guy before me didn't even have the shame to delete his previous kiddie porn downloads. I'm still traumatized but I learned an important lesson: Never hire a fat bald middle-aged neckbeard as a babysitter for your kids. WTF.
My point is, as long as your websites feature people over the age of 18 I'm sure you're just fine.

Our entire purchase/shopping culture is based on mostly sex.

I am actually looking for some good designers with tube integration, if anyone knows of anyone, let me know, greatly appreciated.
Develop some bullshit addon for laptops that makes it impossible to see on-screen shit without looking at the laptop from directly in front of it... make millions, hire WF lady boys for fun nights, game won.
Realistically, I know of no options for laptops that don't have you constantly keeping a watch of those around you so you can activate them at the last second -- like those OhshitBosshere! apps or whatever. (But, I'm old, so who knows what's out there now).
