On the firing line
I work with a company that spends between $xxxx - $xx,xxx any given day. After a year, they still don't have a rep.

WTF do you have to do to get a dedicated Adwords rep?

If you have a rep that is willing to take on another client, PM me please.

I've got a number for one of the larger account reps. I don't know if he can help you but it's worth a try.

PM me

What are you really expecting the rep to do? I've had reps in the past and there impossible to get a hold of on the phone and they don't answer emails. I've had better luck just emailing through there online support to get things done in the past 12 months with adwords/analytics.

On the agency side of things, having a dedicated rep can be really helpful.

"Why did all of our ads get paused today?!?!?!? What do we pay you for!!!!!!!!" = oh fuck, Google better have some goddamn answers. Oh good, I have a dedicated rep and not the bumfuck 1-800 line that gives me Taniquiwa the sassy and unsympathetic shrew who so adeptly conveys how shit out of luck I am in the least delicate manner possible.

Lowest bracket I worked with that got a rep (without asking for it) was $30k / mo, but only after 2 years of that spend level. In the finance niche. I think demonstrating staying power is a big part of the equation.
