I'm looking to start recording each meeting and have a project manager listen after, write a summary, grab bullet points/tasks, and assign everything if needed. I've used GoToMeeting a lot but seeing if there's anything better out there for this use.
Anything better than GoToMeeting?

I've always preferred Join.me to Goto. I remember reading that the PPC dude/CEO from Wordstream (don't remember his name now) was using something recently that sounded interesting. Something more powerful than Goto...might be worth reaching out to him if Goto isn't cutting it.
I agree with BlueSteele that you're looking for http://join.me - they're far better for a "set up immediately, jump in, jump out" type of use.
Yea I've used join.me before and it's nice. Much easier to deal with than GoToMeeting. They might look like the most sense.

Call recording free with them? That's a plus. Signing up now to check out further to see if they handle everything.
Just tested and Uberconference is amazing. Just as simple/easy as Join.me but cheaper. Maybe I don't know enough about Join.me but it looks like this has a couple helpful features (ex. being called when meeting starts).
Getting the upgraded plan just so it doesn't say "this is a free call" at the start of each conference though.

If the recording is the only thing important, why not just use Google Hangouts on Air? It's free and you get an archive of all your meetings on YouTube.
Closing in on a month with Uberconference, still loving it and it's making everything much easier - cheaper too. I recommend it. I'm starting to do a lot of share screen stuff too which it's nice/light-weight at.
