Not sure how their program works, but signing up with them and placing a project in next few minutes. First person to drop an aff link gets it.

RAC... had a rather bad experience with them. Was doing a medium sized project (>$1k USD), and had a delivery time of 60 days. Well, ended up the Indian company took well over 90 days, and screwd up my timeline as it conflicted with my uni schedule.

End product was rather shitty too, considering he was a >9.5 / 10 rating programmer, and simply looked like a damned template. Ended up arbitrating and paying him half for the work done.

Just be sure to keep in contact with them, and define your deliverables clearly from the start. Chat them up if possible to clarify stuff and you should be ok.

ah, be sure to talk to provider every day, maybe you should ask him to use a issue tracker, any professional programmer should be familar with issue tracker. I always report everyday to my buyer, sometime they thought I reported too much:D

I had a bad experience as well, I needed some graphic headers designed and the coder's portfolio was completely different than the work he sent me. It had to go to arbritration and I won, but it was still a waste of time.
