Backlink report - Why is this happening with Google?

Ok, I think Google suddenly got retarded. Take a look at this screenshot from an SEO report. Each line is a different domain, all hosted on the same server.

The first domain is a trusted source, quite a few backlinks, used to be a PR5 (before Google's retarded PR update yesterday) now it's PR3, and thinks I only have 189 backlinks, when the other sources see thousands.

On the second domain, Google seems to get the link count right, but on the third they think there are zero back-links?

Was Google dropped on it's head recently? Am I doing something wrong? That first domain is a good reliable source, but it's losing a lot of good traffic because Google is a weird-o. Wow I haven't used that word in a while.
 


Yeah I don't know man, the big G is acting kind of strange even with Adwords, I'm bidding like 80 cents on certain keywords that should be generating a billion clicks and impressions per day but my campaign is in some sort of limbo only taking in like 500 impressions per day.

Google is going to crash hahahaha..........now the more resonable explanation in my case is that they for some reason are hand reviewing every fucking thing I put up this week and I've seen some lacking values in backlinks with Google in the past.
 
But why will it show the ~right amount for a different site? It's just weird, and Google has actually always shown a smaller number of links to that site, not just recently.

Google will not show links with low page rank value to you when your looking at the backlinks through Google, however Yahoo site explorer and the others will show the lesser value pages, hence this is why Yahoo is more accurate then Google cause they are not based upon PageRank, they are based upon total found backlinks to your site.
 
Google has little incentive to give webmasters real information that could lead to why sites are ranking. Might as well focus on *real* search. And Google always shows lower # of backlinks for all sites...
