He only referred to "state intervention", which does not automatically equate as a comment on what any or all humans should or should not do.

A person can support a "pro" or "anti" abortion group, but at the same time not want those groups to be state controlled or state funded.

I think most anarchists view abortion as a morally wrong act, but on the other hand do not advocate state intervention against women who do abort.

If you haven't yet read Block and Whitehead's treatment of the issue (here), it's worth the time. They provide a deeper analysis than Rothbard, laying out their theory of evictionism.
