:hi:We are the PayPal VERIFIED but not Address Confirmed Crew! This is me and pretty much anyone who doesn't have a US / Western World issued credit card -- Since this forum has quite a bit of people outside of the West, or people who don't have credit cards for various reasons, there's got to be quite abit of us out there who're PP verified but without confirmed address

So while it's great we can move money between our banks and PP account, the BEST deals are still online -- i.e. Newegg/Ebay for pc equipment

So how do you guys make purchase online without the PayPal confirmed address? Or do you just mostly shop around in real life, have families members buy with their credit cards when you pay them, etc?

Basically I'm feeling the loss of not being able to shop on Newegg.com for PC equipment, and haven't found any useful links elsewhere online dealing with this problem, so I hope in here we can help each other find a solution to this problem, or maybe a poster on here has figured out some good vendor sites that don't require PayPal confirmed address

*BTW, shopping on Ebay for LOW PRICED items is still fine, ie clothes/weight sets. But anything that seems to be above $300, you need a PayPal confirmed address to access*

Where are these people coming from?

I've been here since 2011, and reading on here for longer than that -- how is my question not valid? I know that a lot of AMers and IMers are in countries that make it hard to get US credit cards, so I KNOW that a lot of them are in the same situation as I am(even though its for different reasons)

I also know I had a few posts here -- No idea where they went lol.

Why don't you tell us what you're thinking instead of doing the detective act? Go ahead, tell me what you think those reasons are

Fraud? Don't tell me you can't purchase items with a verified paypal, what are you a 14 year old kid from somalia?

Assuming your legit and have no way to get around this automatically, pick up a payoneer card or the the one kioppa listed. Or fly to the closest developed nation, open up a bank account and have them issue you a debit card. There's your solution. If your country is not on the paypal index and you're using made up info with stolen/virtual credit cards (which is hard to believe in itself) consider buying your way into marriage so you can get citizenship, if the $10 ebay items are worth it.

No one is talking about a verified PayPal, I already said in the OP this is about people who have verified PayPal's but who don't have a confirmed address -- These people have bank accounts and can use PayPal

But glad to know that you think anyone who doesn't have a confirmed PayPal Address is involved in some kind of Credit Card fraud ring, lul.

So, if you had no problems verifying your identify, why are you trying to bypass the official address verification process too? Something doesn't add up.

I've been using mine for 5+ years, never ran into limitations or problems of this kind.

Also the cards mentioned in this thread can be used to purchase items without paypal. Link your bank account to one. You only use paypal for a degree of anonymity.

I dealt with that problem when I lived overseas. You have to either signup for aramex or some other international shipping company (depends on what country you are from).

They will give you with an address to ship your stuff to and then they ship it to you. If you have tax in your country on electronic imports, then be prepared to pay that as well.

They will charge you additional shipping cost depends on weight and size I think, but you will get the products none the less. :-)
