We’ve experienced nonpayment (over $3,000 for more than two months) and unjustified account blocking by Keen (Ingenio), despite fulfilling campaign terms and providing all required documentation. Communication stalled, and no questions were raised about the materials — even after multiple follow-ups.

We are escalating the matter through formal channels.
