I'm not into the whole fantasy and magic style movies but Stardust was the exception to the rule. Finally saw it on dvd yesterday. Two thumbs up homies.
 


Thanks for mentioning, I'm always on the lookout for good sci-fi/fantasy movies, but haven't found one for ages.:mad:
 
Yup. Its probably one of the best movies of 2007 IMO. Nicely executed with all the loose ends tied up (which is pretty rare of a movie of that genre).
 
It was mediocre at best.

I saw it in theaters and it was definitely not worth the price of admission. Only worth a rent in my opinion.
 
I'm going to have to side with the folks who loved it. I don't know why, but I thought it was really very charming and well done.
 
Was that the one with Clarie Danes? I think we wanted to see that one. I'll put it on the list.

(It didn't last long in the theaters though huh?)
 
speaking of good shit, if anyone hasn't seen that show The Big Bang Theory. you totally should. It's downright hilarious on a nerd level.
 
i walked out of it at the dollar theater... walked into Chuck and Larry... walked out of that too. i heard i didn't give stardust enough time, but the kid as he's courting that chick was driving me nuts. his greasy hair was bugging me as was his pussy ass personality. ungh.
