If I ordered a "landing page" and got a .PSD, I would immediately report the company to Paypal for fraud, and/or attempt to recoup payment by any method available. A PSD file cannot possibly be considered a landing page becaues PSD documents will not display in a web browser naturally without some sort of plugin(I don't even know if this plugin exists). I would still be really pissed if I ordered a landing page and got an HTML version of a gigantic mapped JPEG, which is a lesser sin by far. If the language of the agreement said specifically that you would get a PSD, I would take this as a lesson learned and use a non-scumbag for future endeavors.
I've never used Image ready, but the method on web design that I suggested to you in a previous post will work. As hfgreg suggested, splice the page. Record the pixels of every image you splice and set-up tables with no cell padding(0px X 0px) to the specifications that you recorded.
