"I thought i heard someone mention 100$, but I can't seem to be find it."
I've blogged a few times on the 5 Star affiliate blog about ThinkHost - they pay $100. So if you read my blog maybe that's where you heard it???
TH is on Shareasale and also has an Indie program.
But if I remember right there are a few in CJ that pay $100 also.
I think I've even seen a couple that pay 110 but don't remember
offhand who they are and am not sure if they are any good.
(Haven't been in CJ for awhile.)

If you have any sort of ethics, don't promote Hostgator. They massively oversell their resources on shared servers and generally suck ass.
That being said, $100 per signup is really nice, so screw ethics.
Do these companies only show your commissions in the backend once their anti-fraud time of 30-60 days has passed? Or would it show up immediately and you just don't get paid until the time elapses?
