Then write some PHP code to randomly switch some tubgirl or 'I stole this image' type images. Build a rotation of like 5 pix and make sure that the regular pic is in the rotation. So sometimes he sees the regular one and sometimes not. Even better: See if you can track down his IP (from your server logs) and make the regular image appear for his IP only. All of his customers get something else.

That's awsome. I have to believe that it's good to have links to images on other sites. Just a hunch from some testing stuff. Nothing guarantee'd yet. But seems google and yahoo might follow those links. Might make sense to run a isolated test that a site has no links to it but it's images hotlinked from a bunch of other sites. And see if it indexes and ranks.
Trade him for a backlink on his site. 1 link on 1 page for each image. Different anchor text each time.
Wait.. Is he hotlinking your images and now threatening to sue you for not letting him jack your images and bandwidth??

This is what a friend of mine did. He realized that one of his competitors on ebeay linked to some of his pix he used at his auctions.
So next day this guy had some pretty pretty nasty gay porn pics on his ebay auction.
Just replace the hotlinked images with Goatse, but only during business hours so the guy thinks it's HIS server, haha!
