...Lack of quality posts as of late and Alexa told me so.

Well I can say I see a lot of people on my IM and in IRC that don't post much anymore. But yes there seems to always be new blood. Honestly sometimes when you've been on a board for a long time you see the same questions over and over and over and ... well you get the point. It get's kind of tiresome answering the same thing again and again. You have to admit even Jon doesn't post that much anymore. But a more telling number is compete as I find it a lot more accurate. Here's a comparison of wf, dp, and sp.

SnapShot of sitepoint.com (rank #4,240), digitalpoint.com (#2,511), wickedfire.com (#28,734) - Compete

Yeah I've been noticing a small trend among some people to be more reluctant to help out and release there tactics, which there is nothing wrong with that, I've discovered a few new tactics of my own which are all working well and I'm not about to post about any of them because then I wouldn't make any money but things like this keep me really busy.

I'm sure lots others are busy as well and don't have the time, plus its like Smaxor said after awhile its all the same questions and you need a break from it.

Comparing WF to DP??

The day WF has half as much background noise as DP is the day I leave.

Maybe people would evolve into active members if they didnt get told to fuck off in there first post..and rick rolld 25 times when its not all that funny anymore.

Maybe WickedFire doesn't want people that get offended by being told to fuck off, and take offense to being rick rolled, and that CLEARLY don't take the time to read around the forum a bit, and see what this place is all about...?

What a complaining little bitch, if you can't take the name calling how the hell are you supposed to run a successful business, don't you know that if someone isn't pissed at you your doing something wrong.

Dying or not, WF still has a better signal:noise ratio than any forum (on any subject) I've come across.

Personally, I think that "older" members moving on is just the way of things. As people get more advanced and successful in a field, they tend to have less time to spend on messageboards, and break off into smaller private groups... that should be seen as a sign of the forum's success, not its failure.
