Screenshot of test I did on google this morning. CTR wasn't that great, I think losing the bold in your ad hurts more then upside down, virus looking text helps.
Oh and anyone here who wants to show me how to make money on ringtones feel free to help. We put alot of time into ringtonebook but we suck at promoting it. Prime example of how building the damn thing is the easiest part

Um yeah. I would say maybe do the title upside down to catch attention but why would you do the whole ad like that? No one can read it.
Yeah it is attention grabbing and all, but if I were a potential lead, I don't think I would click on it.

What about leaving the body normal and just having the headline flipped? That way it would grab their attention but wouldn't be annoying to read after the headline.
This is the first major innovation in l33t5p33k in years. Just think how much fun the kids will have figuring out which upside-down letters resemble rightside-up letters and making words out of them and such. I can hear them getting awesomer already.
