What happened to the last new guy to take one of those spam messages and give a public informative post about it with all the links intact?
ooh yeah thats right!

I'm starting to wonder if this is part of their spam script.
Just my theory:
Spam the pm's to low post count users. Then use another account to publicly out the spam with all the links and full message intact as a covert way to get the spam to the rest of the forum and keep the links intact (since the person posting it wasn't actually the spammer). It's interesting. It also explains why both these posts were made by a low post count user and they copied and pasted the entire pm in its entirety in the same fashion.

Bingo! That's why I brought it up the last time it happened. It looks like a way to spam the whole forum rather than just the members individually.
