My friends daughter died unexpectedly

ouch....

I don't think people really need surgery to remove their tonsils or even wisdom teeth.

Come on people, can't we evolve any faster?

This is a very sad story and is hitting me and my friends family extremely hard. Apparently my best friends brothers daughter had to have her tonsils and adenoids removed.
She was a beautiful 2 year old girl.
I got an IM from my best friends girl friend telling me she has past away. I am not sure how everything happened. How does someone die from such a routine operation. I looked up the death rate for this procedure and it is 1 in 250,000. That is a .000004% death rate. There has to be something wrong here or some sort of malpractice done by the doctors or hospital. I am so upset about this right now. How a child so young can just be gone like that. From something so simple.

Sorry to hear that man, I was wondering why I hadn't heard much from you lately

Not to be callous, but don't most people die unexpectedly all the time? Car accidents, heart attacks, getting stabbed by a midget clown etc etc. When you die, most of the time you don't expect it!

Yes unexpected deaths occur daily; however, it's not expected that a child dies at such a young age. The parent should pass before their children.

As much as I agree that burying your own kid would be horrible, I can't bear the thought of burying my father.

Well that is life we cannot tell how much time will spent here. maybe that is the end of her line. may she rest and peace.

Damn!! Loosing someone close is tuff! I just lost my best friend in a drowning accident in Hawaii.. Life is to short...

God Bless the Family of this Baby Girl! My prayers are with them tonight.
