Going Back To School

I quit school to pursue my passion for business. I still have nightmares about being back in school. I would never think about going to college, I mean I wouldn't go if someone offered my 1 million cash. Life is too short to do things you don't want to do and for me school is one of those things. I not into any institutional.
But if college is what you want go for it. Everyones different and thats the beauty.

As far as learning a skill, college was probobly the biggest waste of time ever.
Its cool if there is a trade you want to learn like a tech school. But i personally learned absolutely nothing that helped me in real life.
But, i did learn how to do keg stands and smoke out of an 8 foot bong. So i guess thats pretty important
Did an undergrad in Engineering. Awesome times... some of the best 5-6 years of my life studying engineering....
To really get the 'experience' or not 'missing out' you really HAVE to stay at a residences or something related... at least for 4 months. you meet so many people and have some killer times.

Sounds like you're going back for all the right reasons. Do it to have a chance to learn what you find interesting. Soak up the atmosphere.
I take classes occasionally just because. I highly recommend it. And I'm old enough to have kids in college.

University in australia sucked.. everyone lives in easy travelling distance from uni so theres no dorms and all that shit. the only parties we had were the end of exam party and the end of year ball. I really feel like I missed out on a lot of partying...

Do some international travelling. See the world, work on your IM while you travel, get friends in other countries, and at the same time get an education that's ten times more valuable than anything a college can give you.
That will get you permanently out of your rut and open horizons like you wouldn't believe. There's more to life than making money.

So fucking true. When I was back in the states I used to sit in a few classes with friends for the hell of it at the U of M. Got to meet a few cool people that hooked me up with some hottie asians. And the U of M is full of them hottie asians.
Now I'm required to sit through a full course load in Thailand to keep my Visa... but its the easiest shit I've taken. I got classes maybe 18 hours a week, half the time the teacher never shows up, I gotta compete against students that can hardly pronounce their S sounds, students lighting up doobies in the lounge, clubbin and pubs every other night. The degree will be worth shit in the states... but fuck the states... and fuck 9 - 5.

I was about 500 kms away from the nearest uni and stayed on campus with about 600 other country students. Best time of my life!
Shenanigans. The few hot girls that enter UofM are immediately poisoned by the powers that be.
I was going to suggest traveling around the world too. Definitely worth it. Experience some huge European parties and festivals.

I think that's the best way to go to school honestly. Then you can learn about what you want and you'll be more passionate about. But if you ask me there is a greater question you might want to ponder. From you whole thing you wrote above it sounded like you were getting a little bored with things. This is quite common in this business I think.
Once you make money then you think, well making money was my goal, I've made money and can continue to make money, now what?
I suggest finding something you're passionate about and move in that direction. Find something that will serve the greater good and move you in a direction that will excite you to a big end goal.
I've heard a differentiation between a goal and vision. Where long term outcome that seems unattainable would be your vision and smaller milestones along the way would be considered your goals. Making money online isn't really all that fulfilling in and of itself if you ask me. The better you get at it the more money you can make but that's just money. Money isn't fulfilling in and of itself. It's the things you do with that money that leads towards you vision that is the truly fulfilling part. I think a lot of people that leave school for whatever reason then get a ways down the road decide "hey maybe I should go back to school" but this stems from a place of being unfulfilled and our society says you should go to school. So the thought comes up that hey maybe if I went to school I would be more fulfilled. It doesn't work that way. If in your vision your pinnacle of success and giving back to the world involves you going to school to get there then go for it. If not you may consider doing some reassessments internally and start asking yourself some real strong questions and getting some real strong answers.
In closing my personal opinion is do some soul searching and find out what you're trying to get by going to take classes. My guess is it's cause you bored not because you miss being in school. Then if that's the case work on developing some larger vision that will you an opportunity to help others and make money at the same time. Whether in internet marketing or anything else because you can always make money, that's not to hard.

You are very lucky having a great skill set - site building and affiliate marketing. I say you should milk the AM for as much as you can, stash your cash and use it for school so you won't graduate with loans to repay.
