Hey,

I need some recommendations for cheap Windows based VPS. I need to test something and want to get a cheap windows VPS account.

if u r going fro VPS and that too cheap one, I wuld recommend to go for Linux based. You will get a good deal and management is also easier.
 
I haven't had any troubles with cheapvps.co.uk . They're super cheap and have a good rep. It's the same guy as a2b2 hosting, and they have US ips, despite the tld.

But dood, only noobs use Windoz!!!!!!

I use Micfo for my windows VPS. Service is kinda shotty, but at 30 a month it's not a half bad deal. And despite what some dumb shits will tell you, a house cat could manage a box, so you shouldn't have a problem.
 
Don't always make quick descisions and and consider why someone might be asking for windows vps hosting. How about for running some windows based program from a server? Or controlling ppc accounts under different companies? or whatever use your imagination. Remote Desktop is very cool and can create a virtual office for next to nothing :D
