LOL, what we're doing is perfectly legal. We're simply the ad agency, no more, no less. Untouchable as the TV stations that carry Carlton Sheets are.

Fuck a phone call. When he get's a summons, then take the LP down, until then fuck em. Google "scare tactics".

Unsubstantiated claims, Evidence of the results, false testimonials. He is totally scared shit less. But i guess thats understandable.

I dont know all the details and I think its too early to know. But he spoke to his attorney and makes him even more scared its so crazy doctors and attorney always give you the worst case scenerio Jail time, owing millions of dollars or cancer. Anyway, I was just curious has anyone delt with the ftc and any insight on how to avoid getting pinched I want to avoid the same road. I thinking move to panama is a good idea. I realized being an affiliate doesnt make you 100% from lawsuits of goverment intervention

Was is a weightloss blog? I don't see how those are any different then a sales letter with fake testimonials? Keep us posted.

It looks like Google may have slapped a lot of those Bull Shit weight loss blogs. I don't see too many ads for those sites right now on search.

It's not different than the Extenze (fake penis enlargement pills) and Lipozene (weight loss supplement) that run constantly on comedy central in the evening.

They have some legal disclaimer at the bottom of the commercials saying something along the lines of results not typical, results may vary, etc.

The you may get pinched on is using photos without permission. I'm actually having drinks with my attorney some time this week and I plan on running some of these concerns by him, I'll post back here with more info if I have any.

Yeah or Enzyte. Although I think the CEO is in jail for scamming so many people? Or was? They did allow his company to stay open and keep ripping people off though.
