Who has nice future? Adsense or Affialate marketing?

My brother is of just 14 years and he wants to join some field. Don't worry his skills are amazing. So he wanted to know for what he should go for . Adsense or Affialate marketing. I saw many experienced members here, so thought it might help. He is nice programmer/site designer/ talking skills are very impressive.

Affiliate Marketing will probably make him more money but it is harder to start so I would also suggest Adsense.
