Ohh your beating my ass I just got an increase on my CTR with this same one I posted above but now its at .77
And yes for anyone asking I'm playing this game by being cheap since "10,240 impressions, 89 clicks, .87 CTR" obviously destroys my image, I'm still going to say were in a close run.
The highest I've got was a 0.15%.
But then again, I'm a FB noob and suck at writing adcopy anyway.

Do what I do and look for similar offers copy the headline, and re-write your ad text to support your own message.
