Any one know where to find a graphics designer at?

Hey guys do you know of any good designers you have dealt with that are efficient tin their work such as being on time and etc? I have found many designers, but they dick off too much.

I'm looking for someone reliable that we can outsource work to?

Yea I think we tried that guy. I'm not sure if it was him or not, but I remember the guy we contacted had a very arrogant attitude, so we passed him up. I'll check into it to see if this was the same guy or not.
