Interviewer needed to stop saying "cool", "right on", "etc" between Nicky's answers and his next question. I didn't feel like the interviewer knew much about the subject matter either.
Nicky looked like he was getting bored by the end, seemed to be scoping the girls walking by.
Some sound advice there though, especially the bit about reading too much and doing to little (I am guilty). I give it a thumbs up or perhaps 3.5 stars out of five.

It seems like Wes is always saying stuff in the way of questions.

Somehow this video inspired me, hah. Within an hour of watching the interview I have my first ever FB campaign up. Been putting it off for months, been reading for two years.
It inspired me but in a different way. It's always been a secret dream of mine to be an interviewer, like Babara Walters, but less with the stick-up-the-ass image. But I don't think anyone would watch cause I would ask random off the wall questions that noone cares about, like....so what brand of toilet paper do you use? How do choose your toilet paper? Do you sit there and squish it in the aisles or do you generally just grab the first pack you see?
with the 'Cakes, you'd have to ask, like, RELEVANT q's, like...oh I dunno...
"do you like to go on top, Nicky, or do you like to bite the pillow?"
"what's ur fave brand of lubricant".

Agreed, Wes obviously isn't the best interviewer in the world but who cares. Wes is freakin awesome. Who cares if his strong point isn't interviews? At least he is out conducting them.
My hat is still off to Wes.

I've seen your interview (GJ BTW), Wes used "cool" after every one of your answers too, perhaps a nervous tick or something.
You have a pretty good camera presence and I also feel you've got the personality to be leading these little chit chats.
... of course, there's no money in it.
