I think the Acai Diet Patch ads on MSN network are sick... considering that diet pink patch that got nailed so hard by the FTC a while back seems to have no effect on this one, yet.
 
Anyone else still pronounce it "Ack-iye"?

This "Ass-ah-ee" pronunciation is weird to me since I've been reading it and pronouncing it in my head as "Ack-iye" for so long.

That, and mostly because I've never had a conversation about it "out loud."

I haven't seen the specific ads, but if you're referring to acaipatch .com, it's the same company behind the Pink Patch and Acai Patch. If it is, I'm sure they've taken any necessary precautions based on their prior dealings.

The Billing is handled with FTC and advertising. But the big question is the so-called claims of losing weight just open any health and fitness magazine or maxium and see millions of testimonals there is nothing wrong with paying someone to be a testimonal for any product like my cock grew 10" inches or I shit out 10 pounds

I've always "said" it (in my head) with a hard C like you, not Ass-ah-ee. then again if its Brazillian the soft c makes sense.

Funny as hell though but really no different to the claims you see in informercials on tv.
 
My epc was down about a buck on YH Acai yesterday, now it makes sense. Back up today.
